Technical Clerk AVOR

For our client, an internationally leading company in mechanical engineering with headquarters in Winterthur, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Technical Clerk AVOR # In this versatile function, you are responsible for the order planning of customer orders from A-Z (offers, invoices, etc.). Furthermore, you coordinate the production orders / AVOR in a timely manner, carry out feasibility studies, and take over various tasks in purchasing as well as scheduling (incl. work plans, material availability, etc.). For your customers, you are the competent contact person for technical questions and advise them in German/English and if necessary also in French. After a serious introduction, you will be integrated into various project groups and will coordinate/lead smaller projects independently. To be successful in this responsible position, you bring a completed technical training (e.g., polymechanic or designer), as well as commercial further education (e.g., Technical Clerk, Dipl. Techniker HF). It is advantageous if you have already been able to gain initial experience as an AVOR clerk, preferably in a technical environment, and communicate confidently in German and English (spoken and written) as well as possibly in French. You bring good MS-Office skills, as well as experience in dealing with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Abacus, NAV etc.) and ideally you are between 25 - 45 years old.
