Operations Mechanic 100% Reference number 19695 What you can achieve Maintain our filling, production, packaging, and process plants, support new installations and conversions, and document all relevant steps for quality assurance. Be ready for deployment in daily operations with occasional on-call service and continuously optimize our plants and components to ensure smooth processes. Use your metalworking skills (turning, milling, drilling, welding) purposefully and find solutions to technical challenges with a structured approach. Work closely with technical procurement to efficiently procure required spare parts, while always adhering to all safety guidelines. Engage in the EOE project (OPTIMO, KAIZEN, KVP) and take on further tasks as specified to support the Emmi Process Management. What you bring with you You have a completed EFZ vocational training as a Polymechanic Maintenance, Agricultural/Construction Machinery Mechanic, or comparable qualifications. Experience in the maintenance of production plants is an advantage, but motivated career changers are also welcome! Readiness for on-call duties and occasional weekend shifts. Safety awareness – your safety and the safety of your colleagues come first! Strong communication skills and team spirit are essential in our environment. Good German language skills in speaking and writing and you can operate Office programs well.
