Job Description ##

• Order processing, from entry to invoicing
• Ordering system, from order entry to invoice receipt verification
• Loading and logistics planning of orders
• Basic knowledge of the Bexio ERP program
• Creation of simple weekly and monthly reports in Excel
• Receiving and processing telephone calls from customers and suppliers

We expect ##

• Experience in the field of tasks
• English and French are an advantage, but not mandatory
• MS Office experience
