Pflegefachperson HF/FH, Focus Psychiatry (50 - 80 %) What awaits you • You care for and accompany psychiatric clients at home • You take over case management and nursing organization for your clients • You design the nursing process together with the clients in a resource-oriented manner from A to Z • You work closely with the environment as well as with an extended network (doctors, institutions, psychiatry) What you bring with you • Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF/FH, focus on psychiatry • Independent and self-responsible way of working • Empathy, mindfulness and authenticity in dealing with clients • Flexibility in work organization • Driver's license Cat.
