Aluminium locksmith welder ##

Your mission: ##

• Manufacture of locksmithing and window frames.
• TIG welding of aluminium, stainless steel and steel.
• Reading of cutting lists with cutting.
• Read and analyze workshop and assembly plans.
• Cut, shape and assemble elements.
• Perform polishing and pickling.
• Grind and perform tribofinishing.
• Respect and control the compliance of the works produced.

Your profile: ##

• Training as a Metal Constructor or several years of experience.
• Mastery of reading plans and welding symbols.
• Very good ability in locksmithing manufacturing.
• Experience in TIG welding and on ALUMINIUM.
• Rigor and geometric precision.
• Team spirit and sense of organization.

Folder ##

• Analyze technical files, dimensions and manufacturing diagrams.
• Install tools (punches and dies) and program the CNC of the folder.
• Feed the machine with raw material.
• Fold steel, aluminium or stainless steel according to the required angles and radii.
• Measure finished parts to verify compliance of dimensions and angles.
• Respect current quality and safety standards.

Your profile: ##

• Training as a Metal Constructor or minimum 2 to 3 years of experience on a folder.
• Mastery of reading plans with bending degrees, bend radii and rounding.
• Rigor and geometric precision.
• Experience with Bystronic folder, a plus.
• Team spirit, rigor and sense of organization.
