Do you want to be responsible for demanding ICT projects from A to Z and thereby actively help shape the digitalization of an innovative railway company? At SOB, you will take on overall responsibility for complex projects - from the idea to successful completion. ### What awaits you • You independently lead demanding ICT projects - from initialization through conception and implementation to handover to operations • You bear overall responsibility for deliverables, deadlines, costs, quality, and risks of your projects • You establish the project organization, lead the project team professionally, and coordinate internal departments as well as external partners and suppliers • You manage several projects in parallel and maintain an overview even with high complexity • You capture requirements from the departments, question them critically, and translate them into viable solutions • You manage stakeholder management and ensure transparent communication with clients, steering committees, and project participants • You are responsible for procurement and contract management in your projects and conduct tenders • You ensure clean project controlling and report regularly to the program and portfolio management • You contribute your know-how to the further development of our project management standards and methods and coach less experienced project managers • You participate in the prioritization and planning of the ICT project portfolio What you bring with you • You have completed training or a degree in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification • You bring several years of experience (min. 5 years) in the independent management of ICT projects • You possess a recognized project management certification (e.g., HERMES, IPMA Level C/B, PMP) and experience with classic as well as agile procedural models • You have a broad technical understanding of applications, infrastructure, and cloud services • Experience in the railway, transport, or a comparably regulated environment is an advantage • You convince through analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and a confident appearance towards different stakeholders • You communicate convincingly, are negotiation-confident, and stylistically proficient in German • You enjoy collaborating with various departments and like to take on responsibility • You work independently, solution-oriented, and keep a cool head even under time pressure Matthias Schneider HR Bereichsverantworlicher \+41 58 580 73 24
