YOUR TASKS ## • You are our first business card: warm reception by telephone, by email and on-site • Check-in and administrative processing for inpatient and outpatient patients • Professional management of payments, mail, cash desk and internal processes • Collaboration in internal processes such as on-call lists, employee offers or process improvements • Cooperation with colleagues from various areas - always with the goal that our patients feel well taken care of YOUR PROFILE ## • Commercial basic training and several years of experience at a reception desk, ideally in a hospital or in upscale hotel management • Very good German skills and good English skills are a must-criterion, Italian skills are a big plus.
