To support our team, we are looking for a

Real Estate Project Manager

You play a central role in the identification, evaluation, and management of real estate development projects. In collaboration with Management and various partners, you analyze opportunities, evaluate their feasibility, risks, and profitability, and then coordinate their implementation.

Attentive to value creation, you define priorities and optimize resource allocation based on the challenges and potential of each operation. Your expertise in the real estate market allows you to anticipate risks, identify optimization levers, and contribute to the economic success of projects and the sustainable growth of the company.

Your main tasks:

• Manage and coordinate real estate projects from planning to handover, as well as the monitoring of warranty work.
• Define the objectives, programs, schedules, resources, and budgets of the projects and ensure their monitoring.
• Coordinate principals, mandataries, companies, and internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the smooth running of operations.
• Monitor costs, deadlines, quality, and key project indicators, identify discrepancies, and implement the necessary corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, authorizations, and the profitability objectives defined by Management.
• Ensure active market prospecting and identify new opportunities with landowners, real estate agents, municipalities, and other key players.
• Analyze and evaluate identified opportunities with regard to their feasibility, constraints, risks, development potential, and profitability.
• Document opportunities and ensure their monitoring and updating in the business tool (ERP / I-BIZUP).
• Prepare reports for Management and principals, presenting achievements, discrepancies, risks, opportunities, and required decisions.
• Optimize the allocation of time and resources, ensure the monitoring of services rendered and their invoicing, and contribute to the financial and administrative monitoring of operations.
• Ensure that all projects integrate the company's sustainability criteria and respect its commitments regarding environmental, social, and economic impact.

Your profile:

• Higher education as an EPF/HES architect, EPF/HES civil engineer, or engineer specialized in HVAC, with a solid understanding of the technical challenges of real estate projects.
• Good knowledge of the regulatory, urban planning, and administrative framework applicable to real estate projects in Switzerland.
• Good mastery of digital tools; knowledge of the BIM environment is an asset.
• Strong capacity for analysis and evaluation of real estate opportunities and projects.
• Rigor, autonomy, and excellent management of priorities.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively coordinate different stakeholders.
