Your mission Within a human-sized company, you will intervene at the heart of our metallurgical and heat treatment expertise. You will notably be required to: * provide your expertise in the field of metallurgy and materials; * analyze the needs and issues of our customers regarding heat treatments; * participate in the optimization of heat treatment processes; * perform and monitor trials, tests, and characterizations; * contribute to the analysis of results and the search for technical solutions; * provide technical support to our Engineering, Sales, and After-Sales Service teams; * participate in expertises and technical interventions, in Switzerland and abroad depending on projects; * contribute to the development and transmission of SOLO SWISS SA's metallurgical know-how; * ensure technical monitoring of materials, processes, and heat treatment technologies. A function with a strong international dimension ---------------------------------------------------- This function involves frequent travel abroad, notably to our customers and partners, to carry out trials, expertises, commissioning, process validations, or technical interventions. You must therefore enjoy fieldwork, international contacts, and varied industrial environments, and be comfortable with a professional activity involving regular travel. Your profile: We are primarily looking for a person who is curious, pragmatic, and passionate about technology, capable of understanding an industrial problem and searching for concrete solutions. Ideally, you possess: * higher education in metallurgy, materials science, materials engineering, or a similar field; * initial experience in the heat treatment of metals, metallurgy, or a comparable industrial environment; * good knowledge of metallic materials and their behaviors; * an analytical mind and a strong taste for problem-solving; * a good ability to work autonomously while collaborating with different departments; * good communication and a developed practical sense. Significant field experience can also be decisive. We are open to atypical profiles with solid practical experience and real know-how, even if their background does not perfectly correspond to the traditional academic profile.
