Railway Signaling Project Manager

You ensure the technical and commercial management of complex integration projects for railway onboard systems, such as ETCS or CBTC, throughout the entire project life cycle.

Tasks

• Manage complex integration projects and programs for onboard systems (ETCS, CBTC)
• Assume project responsibility from the sale until the end of the contractual period
• Ensure objectives for deadlines, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Define implementation strategies and coordinate project activities
• Coordinate clients, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Proactively manage risks, opportunities, changes, and dependencies
• Supervise project finances, forecasts, costs, revenues, and profitability

Profile

• HES, EPF, or university engineering degree in a technical field
• Extensive experience in project management in a complex technical or railway field
• Proven success in the execution of complex and multidisciplinary projects
• Experience in onboard systems (ETCS, CBTC) and railway signaling is an asset
• Knowledge of railway standards (CENELEC, Dir. IS, OCF/DE-OCF, RTE)
• Excellent command of French, English and/or German in a multilingual environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Project

Offer

• Pensum 80-100%
• Travel to other sites to be expected, mainly in Switzerland 10-25%
• 3 to 6 months interim, then permanent engagement
