In this operational function, you will manage finance and accounting professionally with a high orientation toward service. Financial accounting including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting are your core tasks. You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER as well as according to cantonal and institution-specific specifications. You ensure the correct posting and reconciliation of accounts, prepare liquidity planning, and participate in cost accounting and controlling. In addition, you prepare contribution statements, performance records, and finance-relevant reporting to authorities and work closely with administration, personnel, department heads, and external bodies. You prepare evaluations, key figures, and decision-making bases for the Head of Services and Operations and coordinate the annual budget process. You develop and operate the management cockpit with relevant management key figures and participate in strategic financial planning. The further development of processes, IKS (Internal Control System), and digital workflows, as well as insurance management, complement your area of responsibility.

For this task, you have a commercial basic education as well as further training at FH/HF level or, for example, a federal diploma in accounting. You bring at least five years of professional experience in a comparable function as well as sound knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER. Very good user knowledge of MS products, especially Excel, as well as sound knowledge of Abacus or a comparable ERP system round off your professional profile.
