Night Shift Leader 80% - 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Leading the late shift for approx. 10-15 employees
• Collaboration in all areas of production
• Coordination between departments
• Implementation of production planning
• Reporting to production management
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Participation in improvements

Your requirements:

• Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician, physics laboratory technician, surface coater, microtechnology-semiconductor technology specialist, or a comparable field
• Previous knowledge in microtechnology/electronics or thin-film processes is desirable
• Very careful, precise, and independent way of working
• German language skills of at least level C1
• PC skills desirable
• Good technical understanding
• Experience in leading employees
• Team player
