At Busbetrieb Seetal-Freiamt AG, you will take on responsibility and ensure that our transit buses are on the road safely and reliably.

Your tasks ##

• You will take on the technical management of our workshop, lead the team in technical matters, and ensure that our transit bus fleet is always on the road reliably and safely.
• You will carry out maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work on our buses independently and with manual skill - from troubleshooting to mechanical repair to quality control, you always maintain an overview.
• The procurement of spare parts and materials as well as the professional management of our spare parts warehouse are within your area of responsibility.
• Together with manufacturers, suppliers, and external partners, you ensure smooth technical operations and support the technical on-call service.
• As the deputy of the operations manager, you also actively help shape operational topics.

Your profile ##

• You have a basic technical training in vehicle, commercial vehicle, agricultural machinery, or a comparable field as well as practical experience in vehicle maintenance - wrenching and mechanics is your world.
• Maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work are carried out by you safely and professionally.
• Ideally, you already have initial experience in the technical management or coordination of a workshop team or have the clear desire to take on this responsibility.
• Enjoyment of versatile tasks, high commitment, manual dexterity, and joy in working in a well-coordinated team characterize you as a person and team player.
• Driving license category D is an advantage or the willingness to acquire it.
