YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

• Initiation, management and implementation of exciting projects and sub-projects in the area of Abacus (SVM / ABEA)
• Support, configuration and further development of the Abacus modules ABEA (Order Processing) and SVM (Service & Contract Management)
• Analysis of individual requirements from various business areas
• Optimization and further development of existing ERP-supported business processes
• Creation and maintenance of sound requirement specifications including use cases, UI templates, process descriptions and test documentation
• Conception and further development of processes, reports and evaluations
• Maintenance and further development of interfaces to third-party systems
• 2nd-level support and training of users and power users
• Close cooperation with internal specialists and external development partners

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

• Mandatory demonstrable experience in project management and the application of Abacus in the modules SVM / ABEA
• Sound knowledge in the parameterization of Abacus modules and in the design of business processes
• Good knowledge in business analysis and requirements engineering
• Experience in the application AbaBau is an advantage
• Analytical thinking skills, solution-oriented way of working as well as a strong sense of responsibility
• High quality awareness in complex ERP processes
• Enthusiasm for IT topics as well as affinity for digitalization in the SME environment
