Head of Disposition & Deputy Operational Unit Manager (w/m/d) What awaits you with us Disposition Overall responsibility for disposition Coordination of concrete, gravel, RC materials, concrete pumps, and special transports Leadership and development of the disposition, invoicing team, as well as drivers and machine operators Ensuring efficient, economical, and timely processes Monitoring of working time recording as well as working, driving, and rest periods according to ArG and ARV. Responsibility for LSVA evaluations, damage reports, and general administrative tasks in the transport sector Function as Deputy Operational Unit Manager Deputy of the Operational Unit Manager (Transport, Production, Disposition/Invoicing, QS/AS, Sales, Workshop/Maintenance) Support of the Operational Unit Manager in personnel, operational, and administrative management tasks.
