Exciting tasks await:

• Preparation of exposés as a basis for instruction/mediation negotiations
• Participation in main/instruction/mediation negotiations (incl. preparation of the minutes)
• Final editing of judgments and decisions
• Legal clarifications on individual issues
• Individual assignments in the Civil and Criminal Court departments
• General administrative activities

What you bring:

• Legal studies with an above-average degree
• Interest and ability to deal with complex legal issues in a solution-oriented manner
• Independent, goal-oriented way of working
• Ability to write longer legal texts with stylistic confidence
• Professional experience in the field of commercial law is an advantage

The courts issue judgments every day in a wide variety of legal areas.

The focus is on an efficient and citizen-oriented judiciary for peaceful coexistence in the Canton of Aargau.
