Project Manager Heating Networks (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks

• Initialization and project management of heating network projects
• Estimation of feasibility based on prioritization and resources
• Review of offers and price negotiations
• Interaction with all project stakeholders such as authorities, suppliers, customers, owners, etc.
• Coordination and leadership of external planners/companies in the implementation of projects (client representative)
• Contract management with companies/planners and suppliers during the implementation of projects

Your qualities

• Training as an engineer in mechanical engineering, HVAC or comparable
• Proven experience in leading large investment projects (Project Management Level C)
• Knowledge in the supply sector (district heating or energy infrastructure) and their approval processes
• Very good communication skills and negotiation skills
• Sound IT user knowledge
• Driver's license (Cat. B)
• 13th month salary gross for net
• 100 percent of NBU and KTG contributions by EBL Energie Rigi
• Insured in 1st class in case of accident
• 100 percent continued payment of wages in case of illness, accident, maternity, paternity and military
• 5 weeks vacation for all
• Pre-holiday and bridge days
• Flexible working hours
• Flexitime model (annual working time)
• Part-time work
• Home Office up to 40 percent of working time
• 100 percent assumption of continuing education costs by EBL Energie Rigi
• Continuing education during business hours counts as working time
• 40 percent discount on Reka-Checks (annual contingent of CHF plus additionally CHF per child)
