A historic site, the les Pâquis site housed the first infirmary of Morges in the 19th century, then the city's first hospital, before being converted into an EMS in the 70s. With its renovated premises, the site hosts some of the administrative functions of the EHC, such as human resources, finance, information systems. The "les Pâquis" site regained its medical vocation with the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, becoming one of the most important testing and then vaccination centers in the canton. This site today hosts the Centre médical les Pâquis, the endocrinology-diabetology center and the infusion center.
We are looking for our billing service at the les Pâquis site for a:
Billing Clerk (F/M) between 80% and 100% Fixed-term contract for 6 months
YOUR OBJECTIVES
Enter and control outpatient medical services in the entry software (OPALE or others)
Analyze and respond to insurance disputes
Contribute to the development and implementation of billing modalities for new activities
Participate in the continuous improvement of service entry and processes
Be able to answer outpatient billing questions for the medical and nursing staff

YOU POSSESS
A CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent title
In-depth knowledge of outpatient services and TARDOC/FORFAIT pricing
Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in billing
Mastery of standard IT tools and knowledge of Opale, an asset
The ability to communicate and work in an autonomous and organized manner
