Ittigen | 60-60% Your contribution <br /> • Represent the head of the Competence Center for military and emergency medicine on technical and personal aspects • Develop initial, continuous, and refresher training programs for military medical personnel, as well as research projects in collaboration with specialized partners • Draft basic documents for contracts and ensure technical control with service providers • Maintain close collaboration with internal and external cooperation centers, in particular with Swiss universities and university hospitals • Prepare requests and position papers as well as lead meetings and projects • Examine the completeness of study requests for the attention of the Health research committee and prepare decisions <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Master's degree and federal diploma in human medicine, dentistry or pharmacy with several years of professional experience, postgraduate specialization (MME, MBA, health economics) • Knowledge and experience in education and research (PhD) as well as in civilian and military health systems • Military training desired • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as an approach oriented towards goals and results • Good active knowledge in a second official language and passive knowledge in a third official language and excellent knowledge of English <br /> In summary Contribute to education and research in the field of military medicine and disaster medicine Do you have experience in teaching and research and wish to apply it in modern training for military medical personnel?
