Construction Manager Mobile Communications (w/m/d) 100%

As a Construction Manager, you are responsible for projects until their technical and financial completion. You take over the project from project coordinators and verify the information. In coordination with the customers, you work out the details and initiate everything necessary. During the implementation phase, you lead the employees on the construction sites in a technical capacity. You verify all necessary services (system technology assembly, microwave installation, commissioning, measurements, functional tests, etc.). You are responsible for the surveys, walk tests, kick-offs. You ensure compliance with all regulations regarding occupational safety and accident prevention and ensure high execution quality through continuous quality monitoring.
To conclude, you create the corresponding documentation (incl. test and measurement results) and close the project with the acceptance with the customer.

Profile:

• a completed basic training in an electrotechnical profession
• understanding and experience in mobile communications as well as in the commissioning of mobile communications systems (Huawei, Ericsson etc.)
• a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working, assertiveness, quality awareness

and high flexibility (supra-regional travel possible)

• not afraid of heights
• mast-capable (willingness to work on the antenna mast)
• high customer orientation as well as strong teamwork skills
• independent - with an eye for the big picture
• driving license Cat. B
• good PC skills
• willingness to operate projects for various customers (Swisscom, Salt, Huawei, Sunrise)
• good German and English skills, further language skills are an advantage
