Process Specialist Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)

• Support of new product introductions in Gerätebau BBA from the prototype phase to series maturity
• Development and optimization of manufacturing and production processes for new products (NPI) as well as existing products, for example through participation in layout, workstation, and equipment concepts
• Participation in increasing efficiency, process stabilization, and error analysis in manufacturing
• Maintenance and administration of master data, bills of materials, and work plans in ERP and MES systems
• Planning, implementation, and documentation of process validations as well as equipment qualifications in the area of Gerätebau BBA
• Support in the implementation and documentation of quality measures as well as continuous improvements (e.g., 8D, FMEA)
• Assumption of the technical interface function for internal and external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers
• Completed vocational training as Elektroniker / Elektronikerin EFZ or comparable professional qualification in the technical field and further training as Prozessfachmann- Fachfrau HF or comparable
• Completed vocational training as Elektroniker/Elektronikerin EFZ or comparable professional qualification in the technical field as well as further training as Prozessfachmann/zur Prozessfachfrau HF or comparable
• Several years of experience in an industrial environment, especially in electronics manufacturing or apparatus construction
• Knowledge and experience in documentation in the regulated environment of aviation or medical technology (EN9100 / ISO 13485) is an advantage
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with Lean principles and methods
• Assertiveness as well as independent and structured way of working with a very high awareness of quality
• Business fluent English skills in spoken and written form
