At our location in Luzern, we are looking for a lawyer or health insurance specialist with a federal certificate 80-100% as of 1 October 2026 or by agreement. Area of responsibility: Consulting insured persons in telephone and written form on questions of basic insurance and supplementary insurance, Mediating in disputes between insured persons and health insurance companies, Further developing knowledge management within the Ombudsstelle. Requirements profile: Lawyer or health insurance specialist with a federal certificate, Swiss mother tongue or very good Swiss German language skills (verbal and written), good German language skills (verbal), Professional experience in the field of health insurance is an advantage, Analytical and solution-oriented approach.
