• Main task is the operation and monitoring of the Bürgenstock-Bahn and the Hammetschwand-Lift
• Guest contact and their support as well as tourist advice (ticketing, information/assistance, etc.)
• Carrying out daily checks on the facility
• Ensuring smooth daily operations of the respective facility
• Carrying out minor maintenance work as well as assisting with annual revision work
• Communicative and friendly interaction with guests
• A well-groomed appearance, good manners and social competence
• Independent and reliable way of working, flexibility and willingness to cooperate
• Good use of standard MS Office programs
• Good expression and communication skills in both German and English
• Further foreign language skills are an advantage
• Joy and motivation in learning new skills and abilities in the field of railway and lift operation including rescue exercises
• Flexibility and willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
• Preferably you have already gained experience as a machinist or technician in the cable car industry (not a mandatory requirement)
