Main Planner / Technical Clerk Equipment

• Ensure the availability of systems and material as the responsible Main Planner for the equipment area of the flying crews and the parachute jump service
• Be responsible for requirements planning and data maintenance of the planning and distribution data
• Participate in an advisory capacity in the inventory strategy, define stock levels, and optimize inventory turnover
• Ensure the flow of information to system management, purchasing, and the item managers
• As a technical clerk for the material and operational competence center, conduct, judge, and evaluate trials
• Ensure the up-to-dateness of maintenance regulations, maintenance records, and spare parts catalogs

What makes you unique

• Completed vocational training EFZ (logistics, technical, commercial) with further training in the field of logistics / material management / planning etc.
• Generalist with professional experience and a technical flair
• Sound SAP knowledge, preferably in the areas of warehouse management / planning / order control
• Responsible, team- and customer-oriented, independent, and exact way of working
• A positive personal security clearance is a prerequisite
• Knowledge of a second official language and good English skills (level B1)

The Operations Command (Kdo Op) is responsible for all military operations and missions of the Swiss Army. Kdo Op includes, among others, the Air Force, the Army, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT competence center, the Special Forces Command, and the Military Police. Around 40 % of the approx. 2,500 employees are civilian employees - from engineers to aircraft mechanics to analysts.
