Job Description

• Customer Consulting & Customer Service: You competently advise customers on the entire telecommunications portfolio (multimedia, smartphones, subscriptions, and consumer electronics).
• Enthusiasm in Customer Service: As a salesperson, you ensure the best customer satisfaction and make every visit to the Swisscom Shop a real service experience.
• Sales & Closing: You actively analyze customer needs, present modern technology trends, and successfully close contracts.
• Shop Presentation: You actively assist in store design and the modern presentation of consumer electronics.

Desired Profile

What you bring with you (also for career changers!):

• Education: Completed apprenticeship as a retail specialist (EFZ / EBA) or experience in a service-oriented industry such as hotels, service, call center, or gastronomy.
• Career changers welcome: You don't have experience in the telco industry yet? No problem! What is important to us is your talent in consulting and your high affinity for mobile and tech trends.
• Personality: You possess a confident appearance, are extremely communicative, and enjoy working in a team.
• Place of residence & Languages: Ideally, you live in the Luzern / Aarau region. You speak very good German (any other national language or English is a great advantage).
• Formality: An impeccable, current criminal record extract is mandatory.
