Head of Construction Project Management

In this responsible leadership role, you will take over the strategic and operational management of our projects in network construction and ensure high quality across all trades. These include electricity, gas, water, urban drainage, as well as district heating and cooling. We are looking for a Head of Construction Project Management immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks * Strategic planning, management, and quality assurance of our projects in civil engineering and utility line construction across all trades * Leadership and further development of a team of around 10-15 employees from project management, construction management, and planning * Management of external engineering and planning partners as well as ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines * Responsibility for budget planning, cost control, and investment planning in your own area * Coordination of projects with internal and external stakeholders such as official authorities, municipalities, the civil engineering office, and other line carriers * Responsibility for cross-project topics such as permit procedures, traffic concepts, communication measures, as well as procurement and contract topics. Your profile * Degree as an Engineer FH/ETH, e.g., in civil engineering, environmental technology, or a comparable field, or as a Technician HF Construction Management/Civil Engineering * Several years of professional and leadership experience in civil engineering, utility line construction, or in comparable infrastructure projects * Sound knowledge in project management, ideally including the SIA phases model, procurement, awards, contract law, and permit procedures * Strong leadership and communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, as well as an independent, decisive, and solution-oriented way of working.
