Our customers are varied: from garages, workshops, and craft businesses to industrial and logistics companies, as well as municipalities, transport companies, and training establishments. Wherever workstations, workshops, storage spaces, or operational premises must be efficiently set up, we develop adapted global solutions. As a member of our dynamic team, you will take charge in this newly created function of the national development and operational evolution of the operational facilities business area. You accompany projects from the first customer request through to planning, calculation, delivery, assembly, and successful acceptance. You thus combine the sale of technical solutions, project management, and business development. In collaboration with our external and internal service, our suppliers, as well as the international Würth companies, you will sustainably develop the business area.

Tasks

• You are responsible for the national development and success of the new operational facilities business area
• You identify market potentials, develop sales strategies, and conquer new customers and market segments
• You advise customers on-site, analyze their needs, plan individual global solutions, and build lasting customer relationships.
• You manage projects from order receipt to final acceptance and coordinate internal services, suppliers, and partners.
• You identify and process public and private tenders and rigorously follow up on ongoing offers.
• You support the external service, develop standards and reference projects, and monitor turnover, gross margin, and the closing rate.

Conditions

• You have completed technical or commercial-technical vocational training.
• You have several years of experience in the sale of garage, operational, storage, or workshop fittings or comparable investment goods.
• You possess technical understanding, good spatial representation, and experience in calculation and preparation of offers.
• You think and act like an entrepreneur, identify market opportunities, and systematically transform them into successful customer projects.
• You master Office tools, particularly Excel, and can also professionally prepare and deliver convincing customer presentations.
• You bring humor, positivity, and motivation, and want to take on responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• You have excellent knowledge of German; knowledge of French and English is an advantage.
• You are ready to travel throughout Switzerland and possess a category B driver's license.
