As part of the further development, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking personality as Head of Production (a) Your challenge You will take over the technical and personnel responsibility for several production areas and continuously develop processes, technologies and employees. Lean Management, productivity, quality and sustainable improvements are at the forefront. Your profile • Technical basic training (metal construction, mechanical engineering or similar) • Further training as a master craftsman, industrial master or similar • Several years of management experience in a production operation • Experience with Lean Management and KVP • Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented personality with high social competence What to expect A key position with a large scope for design, short decision-making paths and long-term perspectives in a economically successful Swiss company.
