What awaits you

• Control and monitoring of the entire flow of goods via AutoStore, high-bay warehouses and the other storage areas – with the clear goal of ensuring daily readiness
• Coordination of orders along defined cut-off times as well as control of special orders such as JIT or stock level deliveries
• Early detection of deviations and independent initiation of suitable measures
• Coordination of personnel deployment within the shift to avoid bottlenecks and for the demand-oriented distribution of resources to the storage areas
• Preparation and moderation of the Daily Meeting, the most important control meeting of the day
• Close cooperation with the operative teams and ensuring a clear flow of information to all relevant interfaces
• Participation in the review and further development of processes and standards
• Support of the team management with special tasks and operative challenges

What you bring with you

• Several years of practical experience in logistics and sound understanding of different logistical processes and functions
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
• Strong organizational skills as well as a good understanding of processes and connections
• Independent and reliable way of working with the ability to take responsibility and coordinate tasks meaningfully
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to make sound decisions even under time pressure
• High willingness to learn and openness towards changes and new processes
• Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic daily business
• Strong communication skills as well as professional handling of different interfaces
• Vocational qualification EFZ, ideally in the field of logistics; further training as a Logistikfachmann:frau or Prozessfachmann:frau is an advantage
