Sales Consultant Inside Sales 100% Your tasks You advise and support our customers on the phone and, if required, in the retail store You are responsible for the sale of our assortment with a focus on tires as well as service and wear parts Through the active sale of our sales activities and services, you ensure high customer satisfaction and are co-responsible for achieving our goals You process inquiries, offers and customer complaints and undertake administrative work in connection with our wide assortment and service offering You record customer orders and returns You ensure the flow of information between field service and internal departments What you bring with you You have completed vocational training in the automotive industry, preferably as an automotive specialist, automotive mechatronics technician or retail specialist You bring several years of professional experience in sales and preferably have further commercial training. Interest in automotive technology and technical understanding are indispensable.
