For this, we are looking for people who have grit. ;-)
You don't have to be a sales professional.
But you must:
✅ enjoy talking
✅ like people
✅ be able to ask questions
✅ not take a 'no' personally
✅ have the ability to persevere
Your task
You call companies from our internal company list.
In doing so:

• you conduct cold calls (B2B)
• ask targeted questions
• find out if interest or potential exists
• arrange initial consultations (appointments)
• document information cleanly in the system
• enter appointments into the calendar (the better the performance, the higher the chance of more wages)

We work according to the principle: "He who asks, leads."
You fit in with us if:

• you speak Swiss German
• you are quick-witted
• you have no fear of rejection
• you still have energy after the 50th 'no'
• you are curious
• you want to get better
• you guide people with questions instead of just talking at them

Wages & Model
Permanent employment 80–100% from CHF 4’500 gross at 100%
Alternatively: hourly wage CHF 25–30 freelancer possible
Commission model possible (abroad)
Working hours
08:00 – 12:00
13:00 – 17:00
Work location Remote / Home office possible from anywhere
