Specialist Time Management – HR

What awaits you

• You enjoy providing telephone and written support and are a valued contact person for time management issues for various stakeholders such as HR consulting and line managers
• With your IT affinity, you create evaluations and statistics effortlessly and provide competent advice in complex cases
• You record, maintain, and evaluate working time data in systems such as Polypoint PEP and SAP HCM and actively support the monthly closing
• You process labor law issues and provide sound support for HR processes

What you bring with you

• Several years of in-depth professional experience in the corresponding specialist area as well as a successfully completed further education at the Federal Diploma of Higher Education level (e.g., HR-Fachfrau/-fachmann or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and the ability to advise stakeholders competently, confidently, and in a solution-oriented manner
• Sound experience in time management, a strong affinity for IT, analytical thinking, as well as a strong flair for numbers and data analysis
• An independent, structured, and exact way of working paired with a high service orientation and enjoyment of contact via telephone and email
