Independent and comprehensive management Introduction Our client, Green Power Aarau AG, produces renewable biogas from municipal green waste and makes an important contribution to the circular economy and sustainable energy production. On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are looking for a versatile, practical, and competent personality as Managing Director (100%) Your area of responsibility You report directly to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and are responsible for the comprehensive management and further development of the company and the operations team. The task includes the successful completion of commissioning, reaching full capacity, and ensuring continuous plant operation. Your focus is the efficient, qualitatively flawless, and cost-effective operation of the plant. In addition to management, operational collaboration, and taking on regular on-call duties, you also represent the company externally and are responsible for the acquisition and establishment of further partners in the area of green waste as well as for the removal of liquid and solid residues (fertilizer). For the attention of the Board of Directors, you prepare regular management reports as well as annual budget and investment planning. After an induction period, you will also value participation in industry associations. Your personality Completed technical or agricultural basic training and ideally further training at HF/FH level in a technical and/or business administration direction and several years of professional experience. Knowledge in the field of green waste recovery, biogas production, fermentation residue processing or experience in a similar environment (KVA) will help you with a successful start. Initial, direct leadership experience would be an advantage. High commitment, flexibility, sense of responsibility, and a proactive "maker" quality characterize you. You are self-motivated, stress-resistant, and communicate appropriately to the target group both internally and externally (technology suppliers/partners, municipalities/administrations, farmers, subcontractors, public/neighbors).
