Job Description ##

• Supervise all logistics operations: reception, storage, order preparation, shipping, and e-commerce flow management.
• Guarantee the processing and shipping of orders within the allotted deadlines while ensuring cost optimization.
• Deploy continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, systems, and warehouse organization.
• Collaborate with business teams to develop and improve B2B and e-commerce logistics solutions.
• Supervise, support, and develop an operational team by promoting a culture of performance and responsibility.
• Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Participate in logistics projects and lead process re-engineering initiatives.
• Contribute to the training and development of employees, including apprentices.
• Work in close collaboration with other team leaders to improve the overall productivity of the site.

The Successful Applicant ##

You correspond to the following profile:

• Higher education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
• Significant experience of at least 5 years in warehouse management, distribution centers, or complex logistics operations in Switzerland.
• Good mastery of warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP environments.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Strong skills in process optimization and logistics flow organization.
• English B2, mastery of French or fluent German.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer orientation, stress resistance, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to evolve in a cross-functional and constantly changing environment.
