Brand & Campaigns Marketing Manager (m/f) ### Fixed-term contract for maternity replacement (approx. October 2026 to April 2027) ### Shape the BENU brand with us ##### Do you think in stories, develop effective campaigns, and know how to make brands consistent and alive across different channels? Then you are in the right place. For the duration of a maternity replacement, we are looking for a committed person who will develop our BENU brand in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and successfully implement our communication activities. The core of your work: ##### As Brand & Campaigns Marketing Manager (m/f) - Fixed-term contract for maternity replacement (approx. October 2026 to April 2027) you will be responsible for: • The planning and implementation of integrated marketing and communication campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels • The development and management of the BENU brand story calendar in collaboration with marketing, commercial, sales, and HR • Ensuring consistent brand management across all relevant touchpoints • The development of storylines and communication measures in the field of employer branding and internal communications • The planning and management of organic content on social media and cross-channel storytelling • Collaboration with agencies and external partners, from briefing to measuring success • The analysis of campaign performance and the definition of optimization measures • The creation of presentations, concepts, and communication documents for internal and external audiences • Supporting the Marketing & Communication Manager on PR and corporate communication topics What makes us vibrate: ##### • University degree in marketing, communication, media, or a similar field • Several years of experience (at least 3 to 5 years) in brand management, campaign management, or integrated communication • Experience collaborating with creative, media, and social media agencies • Strong skills in storytelling and developing messages tailored to target audiences • Very good understanding of digital communication channels and cross-media campaigns • Structured, autonomous, and results-oriented way of working • High social competence and enjoyment of collaborating with different stakeholders • Experience in the Swiss market is an asset • Proficiency in social media and publishing tools • Knowledge of web analytics and campaign reporting (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio) • Experience with marketing or content management systems • Asset: knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud • Fluent German or French.
