Head of Infrastructural Building Management

Your tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of five employees as well as deployment and resource planning
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of maintenance, renovation, and optimization projects
• Organization of in-house services, smaller construction projects, maintenance work, and moves
• Budgeting, investment planning as well as cost, schedule, and quality control
• Technical, infrastructural, and commercial support of the properties including contract, order, and defect management
• Coordination of internal and external space utilization as well as moves
• Ensuring and further development of data quality and processes

Your profile

• Completed technical or manual basic training, ideally with further training in Facility Management, Building Management, or Construction
• Several years of experience in Facility Management, real estate, or construction project management, preferably in healthcare
• Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in the development of employees
• Experience in leading maintenance, conversion, and renovation projects is an advantage
• Knowledge in budgeting, cost control, and investment planning is an advantage
• Very good organizational and conceptual skills as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong service, communication skills as well as a confident and winning appearance
