At Würth Logistics, you will strengthen the Customs & Foreign Trade team, which currently consists of 20 specialists at three locations. At our location in Rorschach, you will lead a team of currently three customs specialists. Together, you will ensure legally compliant customs processes within the Würth Group and thereby ensure that goods reach their destinations across borders smoothly. YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY You will lead the Customs team and, together with them, further develop our customs organization to make processes simpler and more efficient. You will support and advise the Würth companies on topics related to customs tariff classification, origin of goods, and free trade agreements. You will analyze existing customs processes at the Würth companies, revise them with a view to efficiency and legal certainty, and support the implementation of the new processes. You will monitor that the implemented processes are adhered to and bring them up to date in the event of changing regulations and laws. Based on documentation you create, you will train the Würth companies on customs topics. You will maintain customs and foreign trade-related master data and thus contribute to good data quality in the Würth Group. You are the contact person for the management and specialist departments of Würth Logistics as well as for authorities and external service providers. YOUR PROFILE You have completed training or a degree with a focus on logistics or foreign trade and possess sound knowledge of regulations, rules, and laws in international trade. You bring several years of professional experience in foreign trade and have led teams and projects professionally. You think and work in a process- and solution-oriented manner and are able to address different tasks, requirements, and stakeholders across departments. Your communicative and social skills enable you to work successfully in an intercultural environment and to build trust with stakeholders. You attentively follow the regularly changing rules, regulations, and laws in international trade and constantly continue your education. You communicate orally and in writing in stylish German and at a very good level in English.
