Construction Manager 80-100% [m/f]

Viret Architekten AG is a bilingual, manageable architectural firm founded by Martial Viret in 1989.

In 2020, we inaugurated our new premises in Brügg.

Our 3 guiding principles for 35 years have been: adherence to deadlines, adherence to costs and customer satisfaction. We realize numerous projects, all of which are unique.

Currently, our office employs 16 employees, including 4 construction managers.

In view of the growing number of new customers and diverse new projects, we are looking for a bilingual construction manager or a bilingual construction manager to complete the "Team de ouf" in the long term.

Job description:

• Monitor and properly execute a construction site from A to Z.
• Create calls for tender and construction costs
• Ensure that the financial objectives of the projects are achieved
• Guarantee good organization and monitoring of construction sites as well as good time management
• Guarantee safety on construction sites

Required skills:

• Basic training in construction, supplemented by a diploma as a technician HF in construction management - or an equivalent education
• Experience in construction management or project management
• Ability to manage construction sites, calls for tender and construction costs
• Good knowledge of the various actors in the construction industry
• Organizational talent and forward-thinking, initiative and contact-friendliness
• First successful experiences in the construction industry
• Good communication and team skills
• Used software: Messerli, MS-Project
• Language: German, French a plus
