Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Care and treatment of pediatric patients and emergencies in cooperation with the medical team
• Coordination of patients during opening hours
• Recording of services and execution of various administrative tasks
• Co-responsibility for appointment planning and organizational daily routine of the child emergency practice
• Direct contact person for patients, doctors, internal and external referrers

What you bring to this position ##

• Completed training as Med. Praxisassistent/in or Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit
• Professional experience in a pediatrician's practice or in the care of children and enjoyment of working with children and their relatives
• Flexible, team-oriented, independent, resilient and responsible
• Organizational flair and high service competence
• Good knowledge of common office programs and security in administrative tasks
