What you can contribute

• Plan, commission, and monitor existing network infrastructures and services as part of the Réseau de conduite suisse and the Réseau de sécurité suisse
• Develop and update network-related documentation and concepts, taking into account the needs of the commandement cyber
• Support and advise the network operator and its clients regarding current and future capabilities of the Swiss Army network infrastructures
• Receive, record, and classify all received incident and service requests in the ticketing system in connection with optimal security measures
• Write detailed documentation on specifications (for example, key performance indicators, or KPI)

What makes you unique

• Higher professional training in the field of computer science, with professional experience related to the position or a degree as an IT specialist
• Ideally, professional training and experience in the telecommunications sector
• Experience in the operation and preparation of network services, good knowledge of telecommunication technologies, additional knowledge in computer science
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite
• Very good ability for abstraction and analysis, quick-wittedness
• Willingness to assume responsibilities, anticipation, and ability to act proactively
