Introduction

For a renowned company in the field of spare parts distribution, we are looking for a dedicated Spare Parts Salesperson (m/f/d) in full-time. Our client is known for its comprehensive product range and excellent customer service. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, the company offers a dynamic working environment in which you can further develop your skills. As part of an experienced team, you will take on a key role in the sale and consultation of spare parts. Your task will be to advise customers competently and promote the sale of spare parts.

Tasks

• Advising customers on spare parts and their possible applications
• Processing customer inquiries and creating offers
• Maintenance and administration of the spare parts warehouse
• Cooperation with purchasing to ensure the availability of spare parts
• Support in the optimization of sales processes and customer service

Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in sales or customer consulting, ideally in the spare parts sector
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally of ERP systems
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
