Manager Digital Products and Solutions French / German - 80-100% - PERMANENT POSITION (M/F)

Your mission

Do you want to drive the development of high-impact digital solutions, define a product vision, and support a team in a rapidly evolving environment? For one of our clients, a recognized player in the services sector in Suisse romande, we are looking for a Manager Digital Products & Solutions capable of combining strategic vision, product expertise, leadership, and customer orientation. Your mission: At the head of a multidisciplinary team, you are responsible for the development and evolution of a portfolio of digital solutions. You define the vision and the roadmap while ensuring an operational role as Product Owner. In this capacity, you will notably be required to: - Define the product vision, objectives, and the roadmap of digital solutions; - Build, prioritize, and arbitrate the backlog according to business, user, and operational needs; - Drive the value stream and accompany products from their design to their production release; - Supervise, support, and develop a team of approximately 5 collaborators; - Facilitate agile rituals and promote a culture of continuous improvement; - Develop and challenge business cases and support investment decisions; - Optimize user journeys and develop self-service possibilities; - Identify opportunities related to innovation, automation, and AI; - Guarantee the quality and efficiency of processes as well as the consideration of security and data protection issues; - Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, performance, and compliance; - Unify the different business and technical stakeholders around a common vision.

Your profile

• Higher university education, HES, or an equivalent course of study; - Proven experience in team management; - Significant experience in Product Ownership / Product Management and in the management of digital solutions; - Good understanding of complex technological environments and their interactions with business departments; - Experience in the financial sector or in a regulated environment is a real asset; - Excellent mastery of Agile methods and environments; - Ability to build a vision while staying close to operations; - Strong analytical skills and the ability to make and take responsibility for decisions; - Natural leadership, sense of service, and excellent ability to unify; - Fluent French and very good knowledge of German (B2-C1).
