Key Account Manager for watchmaking

As a representative of CPAutomation SA to a key client, you will play a role as a privileged contact at all levels of the organization (senior management, middle management, project managers, buyers, and other stakeholders).

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintain and cultivate trusting relationships with our principal client
• Develop a deep understanding of the client's specific needs and requirements
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to help the client define their needs and promote our solutions
• Prepare, present, and negotiate tailor-made offers, with the aim of concluding strategic orders
• Ensure follow-up of commercial interactions in our CRM system
• Pass on relevant market feedback to management to guide commercial strategy

Your profile:

• HES or EPF engineer with specialization in robotics, industrial automation, or microtechnology
• Proven experience in Key Account Management, the sale of technical products in a B2B environment, or technical project management
• Mastery of spoken and written French, as well as good knowledge of English
• Committed, organized, responsible, and autonomous personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Driver's license indispensable
