This is what your professional day with us looks like * You contribute daily to ensuring that premises, infrastructure and buildings remain in an optimal condition * You are responsible for maintenance and repair work in the HLKS areas: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary installations * You install, repair, procure and replace components such as sanitary fittings, sets or hardware * You monitor and optimize the operation of the building services systems via the MRSL system (PRIVA) with regard to energy efficiency, sustainability and operating costs * You ensure the smooth operation of the infrastructure throughout the entire clinic area and intervene in the event of technical malfunctions as well as fire alarms * With the support of the team, you undertake weekend on-call services (reachable by telephone, on-site in emergencies) * You share your specialist knowledge and support the vocational trainer in the training of our apprentices (Facility Management Specialists EFZ) What you bring with you * Vocational training in a manual trade * Further training or experience in the field of building technology is an advantage * Solid technical understanding as well as basic construction knowledge * You maintain an overview even in hectic situations and appreciate direct contact with other people * Solution-oriented, independent way of working as well as personal responsibility * Good PC user skills (Office 365) and rapid familiarization with technical systems What you can expect from us As an SME in the healthcare sector of considerable size, the working days are very varied and diverse.
