Clerk Specialist Service Professional Guardianship 80-100% ##

Here you can make an impact

• Management of client accounting according to legal requirements and internal guidelines
• Creation of asset inventories and lists of debts
• Creation of settlements incl. collection of supporting documents for reporting to the KESB
• Asset management in cooperation with the guardians and banks
• Assertion and verification of social insurance claims
• Completion of administrative work for the assigned mandates in cooperation with the professional guardian
• Client contact at the counter and on the telephone

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training EFZ
• Social insurance knowledge or the willingness to complete corresponding further training
• Affinity for numbers and accounting knowledge
• Resilient and team-capable personality with quick comprehension and high social competence
• Structured, reliable and exact way of working as well as networked thinking
