Your tasks ##

• You co-lead: Support the team lead in the leadership and development of the team and take over the deputy role.
• You are right in the middle: In daily responsibility, you act, among other things, as a contact person for residents, relatives, and the team.
• You develop together: Actively further develop the team and the station (28 residents) and contribute your ideas.
• You make training experiential: Design and accompany the training of future specialists.
• You question and improve: Rethink processes; work interdisciplinary and further develop nursing and care.
• You take action: Take initiative, communicate transparently, and implement your ideas with us.

Your profile ##

• A completed training as FaGe or nursing specialist HF/FH.
• Initial leadership experience or interest in learning leadership and taking on responsibility.
• SVEB-Zertifikat instructor, InterRAi LTCF and/or PEP knowledge is an advantage.
• Joy in a person-centered nursing and care everyday life.
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and co-creative attitude.
• Emotional maturity, sense of responsibility, and the ability to maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
• Open, clear, and appreciative communication at eye level.
