Your main responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team of landscapers in the field.
• Organize and plan maintenance and green space creation work.
• Actively participate in the work (planting, pruning, paving, watering, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Act as a liaison with management and partners regarding project progress.

Your profile:

• CFC in landscaping or an equivalent title.
• Proven experience as a landscaper, ideally with initial supervisory experience.
• Solid technical skills in the design and maintenance of green spaces.
• Leadership, sense of responsibility, and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license indispensable.
