Business Analyst / IT Asset Management

Business Analyst (m/w/d) / IT Asset Management Within the framework of a transformation project in the Strategy, Risk & Analytics area, IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Lifecycle Management for FOSS and other IT assets are being re-conceptualized and transferred into a Target Operating Model. The focus is on analyzing existing end-to-end processes and defining and developing future target processes, including the associated technical and professional requirements. Tasks: • Analysis of existing IT lifecycle management processes across the entire lifecycle (Plan, Acquire, Deploy, Operate, Retire) • Conceptualization and definition of target processes within an ITAM Target Operating Model • Development of roles, responsibilities, and interfaces in the future operating model • Collection, coordination, and documentation of technical and professional requirements with stakeholders • Specification of requirements for tools and systems (e.g. CMDB, ITAM/SAM solutions) • Creation of technical concepts, decision-making bases, as well as training and introduction materials • Moderation of workshops and coordination between Business, IT, Security, and other stakeholders Requirements: • Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst/Business Engineer in complex, agile environments (e.g. SAFe) • In-depth experience in IT Asset Management and IT Lifecycle Management (end-to-end) • Experience in ITAM/IT governance concepts, ideally with reference to FOSS • Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and tool/system requirements • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and moderation skills • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented work approach with high implementation strength Languages: • German: C1 • English: C1 Reference number: 925069MH Role: Business Analyst (m/w/d) Region: Zürich and region Utilization: 100% (Hybrid only within Switzerland) Start: End date: If this position has sparked your interest, please send us your complete dossier via the link in this advertisement.
