What you bring with you: • Completed training as Assistent/in Gesundheit und Soziales EBA • Empathy and the ability to convey care and calmness to the residents even in stressful situations • You have a team-oriented way of working and an interest in the continuous improvement of nursing quality What you achieve with us: • You accompany our residents through everyday life and contribute to preserving their dignity and self-determination • You implement nursing and care measures responsibly and document them • Your collaboration in housekeeping ensures a well-kept and hygienic living environment • You actively participate in the assessments in the RAI-/RUG-system What awaits you: Depending on your interest and professional focus, you will find the appropriate place of assignment with us: • at the headquarters in Herzogenbuchsee with two houses and around 85 residents in the field of gerontology as well as the learning working group for the training of apprentices • in Juradorf in Wiedlisbach with 127 places with the nursing focuses dementia, psychiatry as well as people with disabilities • in Attiswil in the smaller, family-like outpatient group with 15 beautiful single rooms • in Niederbipp with 36 residents in the emerging competence center for Palliative Care We look forward to your written application.
