The Company

From Graffenried Bissig Architekten. These are around 40 architects, planners, construction managers, project managers, and consultants. Your Tasks

• Coordinating and realizing diverse construction projects in cooperation with clients, architects, planners, and authorities
• Definition of services, checking offers from contractors, and conducting contract negotiations
• Ensuring and controlling the agreed deadlines, quality, and costs
• Monitoring execution on the construction site (incl. occupational safety)

Your Profile

• Practical professional experience in construction management
• Further education as a dipl. Bauleiter/in or Techniker/in HF
• Independent, responsible, and exact way of working
• Good communication skills
